Return & Exchange Policy
 EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We only replace items if cause by manufacturer defect
  • Exchange only applicable on the same design and price
  • Strictly no size exchange as each product is given with a measurement chart for references
  • Strictly no color exchange due to lighting effect as mentioned on the product description
  • Please take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and email to hello@popsmalaya.com

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Item must be returned within 3 days after received (local and overseas)
  • Any delay will not be entertained
  • Items should be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Together with the price tag, box and thank you card.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exchange item will be post out after we received the returned item

 

SALE ITEM

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final. 

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund only eligible if item out of stock
  • We will refund in the form of store credit of the value of items bought
  • Store credit will deduct for the next purchase
